About Fishin’ Mission Adventures
Originally from Philomath, a rural town between Salem and Eugene, OR, we moved to Tepic Nayarit Mexico in November 2006 with a mission of establishing a business that would bring in a steady income to help a Christian children's home called the Casa de Niños.
The Casa cares for orphaned, abused and abandoned children from Tepic and the surrounding area and gives them a loving, safe place to live, grow, and heal from the hurts and pains they have suffered in their short lives. Because of their limited income the Casa has also been limited in the number of children they can care for. For this reason and with Lake Aguamilpa being only an hour away, we decided to begin Fishin’ Mission Adventures.
Our mission is to provide increased financial support for the Casa and free medical dental clinics for our Huichol and Coras neighbors. These are the indigenous people living in the Lake villages. We are doing this by providing the very best bass fishing experience this excellent fishery has to offer! Proceeds from every fishing package provide support for this mission.
